Your Chef instructor will not be cooking alongside you, rather your Chef is 100% focused on you, sharing instructions, tips and tricks personalized just for you. *your home ec class menu* Cake, choose 1: Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting or Pistachio Cardamom Cake with Buttercream Frosting *equipment you'll need* four mini loaf pans (each measuring approximately 5 1/2" x 3" x 2 1/4" high) oven mixing bowls (medium and large) whisk electric mixer or stand mixer measuring cups and spoons spatula cooling rack piping bag star piping tip (for cream cheese frosting in carrot cake recipe and for buttercream frosting in pistachio cardamom cake recipe) pastry brush (for greasing the loaf pans) toothpick or cake tester (for checking doneness of cakes)
