What to expect in your cooking class: In this hands-on 2-hour class, you'll learn how to spatchcock (butterfly) a chicken, resulting in evenly cooked, juicy meat with crispy skin. Along with mastering this technique, we’ll prepare two delicious sides to complement the chicken. By the end of the class, you'll feel confident in preparing a full meal that’s quick, flavorful, and perfect for any occasion. YOUR CLASS MENU: Main: Spatchcocked Chicken with your choice of seasoning Side 1: Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts Side 2: Lemon Herb Quinoa Salad Ingredients Needed: Whole chicken Olive oil Salt Pepper Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, garlic) or lemon, garlic, and parsley Lemon zest (optional) Brussels sprouts Garlic Parmesan cheese Quinoa Cucumber Cherry tomatoes Red onion Fresh parsley Lemon juice Equipment Needed: Kitchen shears Boning knife or sharp paring knife Cutting board Roasting pan or baking sheet Meat thermometer Tongs or spatula Basting brush (optional) Large mixing bowl Saucepan Strainer Knife Small bowl Wooden spoon or spatula
