What to expect in your cooking class: In this 2-hour class, you’ll learn how to prepare tender lamb chops paired with two fresh and light sides inspired by spring flavors. We’ll walk through the simple steps of cooking lamb to perfection, while also preparing a lemon herb asparagus and a refreshing pea and mint salad. This class is all about enjoying seasonal ingredients and easy techniques that bring out the best in your meal. YOUR CLASS MENU: Main: Pan-Seared Lamb Chops with Rosemary and Garlic Side 1: Lemon Herb Asparagus Side 2: Spring Pea and Mint Salad INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED: Lamb chops (rib or loin) Olive oil Fresh rosemary Garlic Salt Pepper Asparagus Lemon juice and zest Fresh parsley Fresh peas Fresh mint Feta cheese EQUIPMENT YOU'LL NEED: Sharp knife Cutting board Heavy skillet (cast iron recommended) Tongs or spatula Roasting pan or baking sheet Small bowl (for dressing the salad) Large mixing bowl (for salad) Measuring spoons Zester or grater (for lemon zest) Pot (for blanching peas) Strainer or slotted spoon (for peas) Serving plates or platters
