YOUR CLASS MENU: sausage cornbread stuffing parmesan roasted carrots garlicky smashed potatoes INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED: 8 cups of cornbread, cubed gluten-free substitute: gluten-free cornbread 1 lb (450g) of sausage (your choice, such as pork or turkey), crumbled vegan substitute: plant-based sausage 1 cup of diced onions 1 cup of diced celery 2 cloves of garlic, minced 1/2 cup of unsalted butter vegan substitute: plant-based butter 2 cups of chicken or vegetable broth 1 teaspoon dried sage 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1 lb (450g) of whole carrots, peeled and trimmed 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese vegan substitute: plant-based parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish) 2 lbs (900g) small Yukon Gold or red potatoes 4-5 cloves of garlic, minced 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Chopped fresh parsley and chives (optional, for garnish) Sour cream (optional for garnish) EQUIPMENT YOU'LL NEED: oven preheated to 350°F baking dish skillet large mixing bowl whisk or spoon (for mixing) cutting board knife measuring cups and spoons pot for boiling potatoes baking sheet aluminum foil (for covering the stuffing)
